We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (Entertainment) for our Barcelona office.
As a Business Development Manager you will be part of the Sales team and will be in charge of improving our company market position and specifically grow our business within the advertising field. You will be searching for new clients and market opportunities, but will also be managing and optimizing captured accounts. You will be reporting to our Head of Advertising and liaising closely with publishing.

We will value any previous experience as a media buyer, advertiser account manager, sales manager, affiliate manager.
Responsibilities:
Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential advertisers or publishers: identify and develop leads, qualify leads, understand client needs, meet with clients, develop the value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points, negotiate contracts, and close.
Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system
Being active on Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups to identify opportunities and leads.
Detect client's business needs and recommending a matching media buying / selling strategy
Develop monthly / quarterly growth plans for your portfolio of new clients including budget allocations
Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts (cross-selling, upselling) in order to scale your clients
Recommend best traffic sources across different sites, formats and device types
Recommend best targeting settings, features and optimization practices (CPC, smartCPM models, retargeting, blacklisting etc)
Support to clients for account-related requests in coordination with other departments (account manager, compliance, finance, technical, etc)
Interpret portfolio statistical data and comparison with global data, interpret campaign reports effectively
Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.
Requirements:
2+ year experience in the online advertising industry (Media Buyer, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Affiliate Manager, Email marketing)
Prior experience with dating advertising inventory and dating email marketing will be highly appreciated
Perfect knowledge of the different online pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
Expertise in monitoring, optimization/management of online advertising campaigns with a proven track record.
Hands-on attitude and a good communicator
Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Native English, written and spoken (additional languages will be highly valued).
Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
A minimum of technical skills required (HTML, JavaScript tags, experience working with conversion tracking, web analytic tools, etc).
Advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros, etc.
