Demand Business Developer, Barcelona
We are looking for a motivated Business Developer with strong Account Management skills to join the Demand team of our growing Ad Tech company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Demand, you will be in charge of improving our market position growing our demand business within the programmatic advertising field. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and market opportunities, and will also be managing and optimizing onboarded accounts.
What YOU will do:
As a Demand Business Developer your main responsibilities will include:
New business: (50% of the time)
Prospect and connect with new programmatic Partners (DSPs, Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Exchanges).
Onboard more Display and Video Demand (CPM campaigns ) worldwide for our portfolio of In - App, Mobile, Desktop and CTV/OTT traffic.
Will require occasional national and international travel (client meetings, trade fairs, virtual events).
Account Management: (50% of the time)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Demand Partners in order to grow the business together.
Manage on a daily basis the advertiser account, optimize and maintain the current partnerships.
Demonstrate a consultative approach in order to understand the client’s business goals proposing optimal solutions for specific needs.
Analyze key metrics of each Demand Partner identifying growth opportunities for existing accounts (cross-selling, upselling) in order to scale your clients
Must Haves:
2+ year experience in the programmatic advertising industry (Account Manager, Biz Dev Manager, etc) Mandatory experience in RTB, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges.
Previous experience in an ad tech company working with demand on CPM basis.
IS A MUST Proven track record and good relations with advertising professionals (DV360, Bidswitch, Amazon, Oath, The Trade Desk…)
Sales and results driven, negotiation and a good communicator
Proactive, organized, “can do” attitude and fast learner. Fluent English mandatory Strong analytical skills. Advance use of Excel, formulas and macros and CRM Tools.
